Drawing Editions Disclosure

The artist relationship with his art followers is very important to him and he intends to ensure that all his art is handled and maintained with utmost care and integrity. Advances in printmaking have compelled him to strive to comply with the guidelines of the Fine Arts Trade Guild to ensure that the quality and integrity of the work is maintained and the exclusivity is respected.  He will carefully inspect and number each Limited Edition print as an authentic reproduction of the original artwork.  Below is the full disclosure of all of the artwork developed to date.  This will be provided in a signed Certificate of Authenticity with each Limited Edition Print.

    1. Proof Pencil Drawings

All proofs used in the drawing development are being destroyed.

    1. Original Pencil drawings

The original graphic pencil drawings are being retained by the artist and there are no plans at this time to duplicate or product limited editions of these black and white drawings.

    1. Original Colorized Pencil Drawings

Considerable trial and effort has been expended in creating the colorized drawings from the black and white graphite pencil drawings to capture the mood and landscape setting of each scene.  The proprietary process, which he developed as far as he knows, produced the desired effects he was seeking. All of the Original Colorized drawings are retained by the artist on 30 inch by 40 inch canvas.  No additional Original Colorized canvas drawings exist or will be generated.

    1. Limited Edition Colorized Pencil Drawings

The numbers of Colorized Limited Edition prints vary for each drawing and range from 100 to 450 prints. I will sign each print according to accepted protocol format.  Based on numerous and varied personal test samples each of these giclee prints are presented on museum quality, acid and lignin free photo satin archival paper using high quality fade resistant dye-based ink.  There will be no additional prints made at the completion of the respective edition.

    1. Book Publication

There is a book published which presents the drawings as unsigned plates accompanied by a background description of the drawing’s landscape and the artist impression of the scene. Further, some information about his background and experiences is also provided.

    1. Screen Saver

Selected drawings are provided free as reduced resolution screen savers with the website address masking a portion of the picture.

    1. Other Duplications

There will be no other duplication of these drawings. All images are protected under United States copyright laws.
